Borno Porichoy is an educational mobile app where users can learn Bengali, Hindi and English alphabets, attempt quizzes, and use a digital drawing board for practice. An internet connection is required to access the content and features.

A. Information you provide
To use the app, users must register. You can register in two ways:
- Mobile number login: We store your mobile number for account creation and login verification.
- Google Login: We collect your Google email address and your Google account ID.
We do not collect your name, contacts, address, password, or any other personal details.
B. Information collected during usage
- Your quiz progress, scores, and learning activity.
- Your saved drawings created in the digital drawing board (if you save them).
3. Information collected automatically
We use third-party SDKs that automatically collect:
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
- Device model, OS version, app version, language
- IP address (processed temporarily/aggregated)
- Analytics events (screen views, session duration, feature usage)
- Crash reports used to fix issues

9. Security
We use Firebase Authentication and industry-standard security measures to protect data. However, no method of online storage is 100% secure.
10. Your rights & controls
- You can delete your account anytime from the app (if available) or by contacting us.
- You can disable personalized ads from device settings.
- You can request account removal or data deletion via email.

We may update this policy when we add new features. We will notify users inside the app when major changes are made.
